MKT-167: Divided chapter 8 into subchapters
Description
Chapter 8 has been divided into sub-chapters with same content, except the numbering for 8.13.1 - Callbacks which was repeated with 8.13.1 - Requests. It has now been changed to 8.13.2 - Callbacks.

Motivation and Context
Chapter 8 is broken due to excessive swagger blocks clogging the DOM, so page does not render.
How Has This Been Tested?
