Draft: feat: auth testing with electronic ID card

Issue: planning#174

This MR is not meant to be merged, as it's goal was the scope of the above issue, just to PoC the usage of the AusweisApp SDK in the context of this project.

To review, please take these previous steps:

  • pre-register a BundID Test account with the Test eID-Karte you will be using for testing
  • set the eID card PIN to 123456 (or change the PIN in the source code)
  • run the app on a real device, this will not work in the simulator
