Revert "Merge branch '26-biome-linter-regeln-strikter-machen' into 'main'"

What is new and why?

Dieser MR reverted die Änderungen, die im MR !12 (merged) stattgefunden haben, da damit, wie in #30 (closed) beschrieben, der Build des Frontends nicht mehr möglich ist. Gleichzeitig ist die in #30 (closed) vorgeschlagene Fehlerkorrektur nicht hinreichend, der Build funktioniert, gleichzeitig bleibt das Frontend leer.

Mit 52b6f5e3 wird !12 (merged) automatisch komplett zurückgedreht.
