Resolve "Interaktion mit dem LLM-Provider optimieren"

What is new and why?

Da bei einem Timout vLLM eine andere Excepetion auslöst, wurde die entsprechende Stelle um diese Exception erweitert.

Solte mit vLLM und einem sehr kleinen Timeout getestet werden, ob die entsprechende Exception auftritt.

• added/adjusted Errorhandling to avoid unwanted crashes and make proper debugging and testing possible
• Changelog has to be adapted before merging, at latest in the f13::inAbnahme step
