Display operations documentation from deployment repository

Integrate the deployment's documentation by pulling in the markdown files as remote source using Astro's content collections.

  • Fix the links between the files (currently 404)
  • Fix the code blocks (they currently overrun the text boxes)
  • Add support for displaying the mermaid diagrams
  • Fix some small issues here and there in upstream deployment docs (bmi/opendesk/deployment/opendesk!565 (merged))
