Draft: Fix: Boekhorst/nc refactor variables

Refactoring python code for download_nextcloud_and_apps.py:

  • clearly distinguish between env variables and global variables
  • add main() block with functions

Tested manually for community edition. Pipline tests:

TODO:

  • Test enterprise edition as well
