Feedback of the UX Expert Group from Showcase Secure digital Identity Program for QEAA user journeys.

We, the representatives, of the user-experience expert group of the SDI projects ID-ideal, ONCE, SDIKA and IDunion, would like to express our sincere gratitude and extend our heartfelt thanks for sharing the first drafts of the user journeys publicly. This greatly helps us to provide feedback.

The group took a deeper look into the user journeys focusing on the (Q)EAA issuance and verification processes. We directly put our feedback as notes next to the screens in the journey. We would highly appreciate the opportunity to speak about these topics in more detail in a dedicated workshop.
