Snappping to vertices of coretable features does not work properly

I think this isse does not exist since the first version, as I couldn't remember to have this earlier.

When I try do digitize a new feature (doesn't matter in which layer) snapping to vertices of already existing xmas features does not work. If I am clicking a specific vertex the snapping jumps to another vertex of this layer:
