Inconsistency in behaviour regarding toplogy check, references & plan split tool after plugin reload

When the plugin is reloaded, layers of loaded plans in the TOC show an inconsistent behaviour:

  • Topology check does not show plans anymore

  • Plan split tool and references do allow to work with the plan layers as usual
