Funnel Glib log messages through Rust's logging framework and disable Poppler warnings in production.

This will take care of the unspecific unexpected tz val '6' in the harvesters logs on the production system while still showing them when running the harvesters locally (but not showing all of Poppler's syntax error messages which are just too many).
