Add new field for arbitrary time-like references

This adds a new field to our metadata schema to record arbitrary time-like references as intervals which are also more flexible w.r.t. mapping them onto the sources.

Personally, I would even be fine with completely removing the issued and modified fields as I dont see our users searching for these particular time-like properties, but rather for any time-like reference.

This is required for !330 (merged).
