Handle incompletely indexed documents in the SmartFinder harvester

We encountered some sources which contain documents where only the raw CSW data contains e.g. title and description. Hence this adjusts the SmartFinder harvester to handle such documents even though they are still considered errors. (But they do not break the whole harvest.)
