Harvester ProBas

The Federal Environment Agency has a procedure oriented database for environmental management systems. For all five lists of procedure categories (e.g. category list energy) every procedure detail (e.g. Solar PV) has to be extracted as one dataset.

Note that there exists an XML-based based access to the procedure details, e.g. http://probas.uba.de/probas/bin/probas.dll/process?id={1F9F7962-AA24-466D-9B8E-FD9AD089239E} so there is no need to scrape this. (The table of contents probably still needs to be scraped though.)

Each dataset consists of at least:

• title
• description
• contact (see "weitere Metadaten: Quelle")
• resources (see "Export")
• Provenance: /Bund/UBA/ProBas
