Changed behaviour of default testcluster name

Removed the default cluster name and create a "randomized" the name used if none is configured.

This is a draft because it will break the cleanup as is. The issue is that using a hardcoded default value breaks if multiple deployments happen in the same project. But to use the cleanup, the randomized cluster name needs to be persisted.
