Make the cibseven-sql-scripts available in maven-central and not only in cibseven

I as a developer would like to have the cibseven-sql-scripts also available in the maven-central repository for better access without adding additional repositories.
Technical Requirements (Required before implementation)
The cibseven-sql-scripts artifact should be made available in maven-central.
