Can not define Business key and process variables while starting a new process from tasklist

I have a BPMN that does not have any form in it. When i start a process from Tasklist in legacy Camunda UI , I can see the option to add Business key and variables.

The new webapps does not seem to have this option and it simply starts the process with empty task. Please clarify if this an issue or intended behavior of new webapps?

I have used alpha version for my test.
