[Epic] “Betriebshandbuch” (operating manual)

I as a user need an operational manual, in order to set-up the Dev and Demo-Client environment.

Problem Statement: Re-build the environment, matrix and eID server, BundID connectivity and login.

Goals: understand the set-up for the environment and describe it in order to make the environment set-up transparent.

AC:

• Operational Manual will be available Föderale IT-Kooperation (FITKO) / Matrix G2X Communication Pilot / Operating manual · GitLab
• Proposal for chapters to be found in GitLab Markdown
• description for Infrastructure, Webapp, Backend
• the manual should be applicable for the Test / staging environment
