Define Fachverfahren use-cases and process for demo

Problem

To determine how and where the Matrix BE will interact with the BundID components to enable bi-directional secure communication for the pilot version, it is essential that the example Fachverfahren is described.

Goal:

Clarify how the Matrix BE will make it possible to implement the Fachverfahren for the pilot version.

ACs:

• Define public agency providing a Fachverfahren as an example.
• Describe Fachverfahren using a diagram.
  • Document it in Nextcloud.
• Determine use-cases.
