Account deletion due to inactivity (compliance with §8 section 7 OZG)

Problem

• According to § 8 section 7 OZG, if the citizen account is not used for two years, it will be automatically deleted. Two months in advance, the user will receive an electronic notification of the impending deletion. Electronic identification can be carried out by retrieving the identity data once.

Goal

Integrate/ implement account deletion due to inactivity functionality into the Neo iOS app and web client, assuming that BUndID already has this is place.

ACs

• Double check if BundID's account deletion due to inactivity process needs enhancements to fit the Neo context.
• Integrate/ implement account deletion due to inactivity functionalities for Neo iOS and web version.
