Derive requirements from bw-ec meeting

Problem

We need to wrap-up our meeting with bw-ec.

Goal

Derive requirements from bw-ec meeting (see #164).

ACs

• Share FIGMA file with bw-ec
• Add requirements defined by bw-ec to req list
• Collect open questions that need requirement clarification and have them clarified by bw-ec.
• Add further requirements based on answers by bw-ec.
