Requirements:

  • UR_28 Citizens need to be able to recognize the status of their Antragsverfahren
  • UR_29 Citizen need to be able to choose if they want to keep the communication online or per letters
  • UR_30 Citizens need to be able to choose to alternatively contact the Fachbehörde per mail or phone
  • UR_36 Citizens need to be able to recognise how they can get quick answers from the Fachbehörde
  • UR_45 Citizens need to be able to recognise the Aktenzeichen.
