Create an ADR and a flow diagram for the defined SDK tech stack

Problem:

On the third day of the workshop, we defined that the tech stack (see the attached document). However, this has not yet been properly documented as an ADR with diagrams.

Goal:

To improve decision-making and transparency, produce an ADR showing how the selected technology stacks are bound together.

ACs:

• Introduce the discussion in the context of FIT-Neo.
• Create a flow diagram showing the chosen stack and relevant bindings and explain how they will be integrated.
  • Define and describe the options for the decision-making process.
• ADR is discussed with and reviewed by FIT-Connect team
• Check if the FIT Connect team approves tightly UniFFI integrated into the "host" runtime. See comment in #192 (comment 394711)
