Business Process v2

Problem

We want to discuss complex topics and share the same understanding of our processes.

Iterating on our existing business process, we define a v2 of this process.

The business process does not need to answere how functionalities are realized by the architecture in detail.

Process models user creating a BundID account using our app.
Process models user creating a BundID account using the existing BundID web client (id.bund.de).
Process models user creating a BundID account using our web client.
Process models user using an online service and creating a new BundID account along the way.
Process models user using an online service with pre-existing BundID account.
Process models user creating a BundID account after receiving postal mail from a Fachbehörde (and continous with digital communication).
~~Model Authentication: When do we authenticate against our backend and when do we authenticate against the Fachbehörde?~~ (will be added later together with team::architecture)
