Decide if we want to use code from Element-X-iOS

Problem

We need to decide if we want to use code from Element-X-iOS (e.g. state, push notifications, proxies, ...). Element-X-iOS is AGPL-licenced so this would require a proper legal way to do so.

Goal

Decide if we want to use a significant amount of code from Element-X-iOS so that we can think of possible ways to do so (license-compliance).
