Define UX quality scenarios as success criteria

Problem

We cannot measure the improvement of the new solution against the status quo (before the Neo project started).

Goal

We want to measure the change between the current and the new solutions e.g. in the authentication. To measure this, we must decide on possible measurements and the way to create a reliable comparison.

ACs

  • Measurements that measure the fulfillment of the success criteria are defined.
  • The proposed measurements are discussed & prioritized together with POs and BMDS.
  • A plan exists on how and when to measure it
  • New tickets are created that implement the measurements.
