Setting up our RE process

Problem

After some personal changes, Jasmin and Robert will take over the RE process. To do so, we need to see what has happened so far and understand how we want to move forward.

Goal

Have a process and tool on how to collect, analyze, refine, define, validate, and document the requirements.

ACs

  • Review all available documentation.
  • Have a handover meeting with previous RE.
  • Have a process and tool to collect, analyze and refine requirements.
  • Have a process and tool to validate and document requirements.
  • Get POs approval.
