Analyse OZG for requirements

Problem

We need to fullfill the requirements from the OZG.

Goal

Make sure that we understand all OZG requirements by listing all requirements from the OZG. This list can later be used to check whether we fullfill all these requirements.

ACs

• A list of requirements from the OZG is derived.
• The requirements are documented according to our methodology (#167, #237 (closed)).
