Web App: Minimal UI for sending and receiving messages

Description:

As a Neo project team member,
I want to be able to send and receive messages for testing purposes,
so that I can exchange information with other users.

Acceptance Criteria:

When I open the app on the homescreen I see:

• A room where I can view any messages I may have received.
• A field where I can insert free text.
• A button to send my message.

Notes: The goal here is to build it as simple as possible, and only focus on the fact that the app can send and receive messages.

Risks: Make it simple to avoid future overhead.
