iOS app: Modelling eID authentication flow

Problem

• The eID is use as authentication method to give citizens access to BundID services.
• The Neo iOS app must support authentication through eID.
• Therefore, the eID authentication flow with its components must be integrated into the Neo iOS app.
• Where can the dev team learn about the eID authentication flow and its components and how to integrate them into the Neo iOS app?

Goal

Investigate and determine if the attached eID BundesIdent documentation are enough to proceed with the integration of the eID components into the Neo iOS app.

Extend #36 with the use-case of signing in via eID in the iOS app (using the eID server provided by BundID).

ACs

• Learn about the two repos shared below.
• Determine if they are enough to proceed with the implementation of eID authorization flow.
  • If not, determine open point to be clarified.
