Create UX-concept for authentication / login

Problem

The authentication and login is one of the core features and struggles of this solution. Since it should balance UX and security, we need to work on the process of authentication, to make it as secure and as user friendly as possible

Goal

Making a first draft of an easy, secure and performant authentication process on a high level for app, web and device switch including:

• login via eID
• login via name/password (secondary option)

ACs

• Available UX-ressources BundesIdent and BundID concerning authentication are considered
• We checked if we can use the process of BundesIdent
• Feasibility is challenged by architects
• Low-fidelity screens are available for authentication and login
• Screens are presented or made available to team
