Keep in sync with Gematik on sharing X.509 signatures over Matrix

Problem:

  • To increase trust against other users and avoid expose of personal data it is required that. The identity of a Fachbehörde is attested via an x509 certificate.
  • Do we also want to use x509 certificates to authenticate a Fachverfahren to our backend? -> that's a totally different topic -> #162
  • Gematik is currently working in sharing X.509 signatures via Matrix. For privacy reasons, we do not want to publish signatures of personal data in the Matrix user profile.

Goal:

Keep track of Gematik's progress in sharing X.509 signatures via Matrix.

ACs:

  • Answer whether or not the MSC4316 helps us in the context of the Neo project and decide whether we want to improve Gematik's MSC or if we want to create a new MSC/ADR by ourselves.
