clarify infrastructure for DEMO environment

Problem

We need an environment beyond pure development to showcase functionality, validate end-to-end behaviour, and demo system robustness once the dev environment is complete.

Goal

A reliable, stable environment for demos and integration tests ensuring stakeholders can see working functionality across components.

ACs

  • The demo environment is documented in the operations manual, including how to deploy, access, update, reset, and recover it
  • Environment clarification and documentation incorporate feedback from the hosting, development, and requirements teams.
