Update Docs to F13 Standard

Als PO will ich, dass die Docs und README auf F13 Standard sind, um so eine nahtlose Integration in f13-os.de und andere Nutzungen zu gewährleisten.

Akzeptanzkriterien

  • docs Folder angelegt
  • Aktuelles README angepasst
  • Spezifische Docs in eigenem Subfolder angelegt
  • Review einer zweiten Person durchgeführt
