change image: user clicks on "aktualisieren" first

Issue/Feedback/Need

Nutzer:in wollte Bild ändern, klickt auf den Reiter "Hochladen", hätte jedoch gleich rechts unten auf den CTA "Aktualisieren" geklickt (intuitiv bestätigt man gerne an der Position unten rechts - hier ist es unintuitiv, links zunächst auf "Hochladen" zu klicken und erst dann über "Aktualisieren" den Prozess zu bestätigen) -> ggf. den zweistufigen Prozess reduzieren und nur einen CTA unten rechts mit "Hochladen & Aktualisieren".

User:in wanted to change image, clicks on the "Upload" tab, but would have clicked on the "Update" CTA immediately at the bottom right. (intuitively one likes to confirm at the bottom right position - here it is unintuitive to first click on "Upload" on the left and only then confirm the process via "Update") -> if necessary reduce the reduce the two-step process and only one CTA at the bottom right with "Upload & Update".
