difference between "Speichern" und "Speichern & Ansehen" not clear

Beim Erstellen eines Artikels gibt es zwei CTAs am unteren Rand, deren Unterschiede in der Funktion nicht ganz klar sind: "Speichern & Ansehen" und "Speichern" -> ggf. nutzt man nur "Speichern & Ansehen", da beim Aktivieren der Funktionen kein Unterschied besteht
