UI Bugs

Issue/Feedback/Need

Viele Bugs betreffen Anzeige/UI-Fehler, vor allem abgeschnittene Texte im Bearbeitungsmodus sowie im Präsentationsmodus. Folgendes wurde in der Tagebuchstudie gemeldet (Zitate):

• Die Pfeile nach oben und nach unten im Präsentationseditor: Sollen die dafür da sein, von einer Folie auf die nächste/vorangehende zu gelangen? Das funktioniert bei mir nur von der Titelfolie auf die nächste. Danach ist weder vor noch zurück möglich. oder haben die einen anderen Hintergrund?
• Unterirdisches Tool! Etwa jeder dritte Klick wird erkannt, z.B. die Textfelder anzuklicken, braucht zig Versuche, was dann ausgeführt wird, ist dagegen dann offenbar Zufall. Wenn im Schriftgrößen Dropdownmenü 20 angeklickt wird, springt es automatisch auf 11 (kein Platzproblem). Bearbeitung der Aufgabe aufgrund akuter Frustration abgebrochen...
• Beim Erstellen einer Präsentation war bei den Animationseinstellungen die Schrift abgeschnitten (siehe Screenshot). Egal ob der Edge-Browser eine im Vollbild oder verkleinert war. War nur im Reiter "Animation" so, keine Probleme bei "Folienlayout", "Folienübergang" etc.
• Nach Erstellung der Präsentation habe ich mir die Präsentation in der Präsentationsansicht angeschaut. Manche Folientexte waren dabei dann abgeschnitten, während in der Folienansicht alles ok aussieht. Siehe Screenshots.
• Präsentations-Anwendung hat viele Bugs, Anzeigebugs, Seite im Präsentationsmodus abgeschnitten, dunkles Theme macht Schrift weiß und wenn man dann im "normalen" Präsentationsmodus mit weißem Hintergrund ist, ist aufgrund der weißen Schrift nichts zu lesen, Animationen testen und auswählen funktioniert im Dropdown nur mäßig etc. -->Bedienbarkeit eingeschränkt im Vergleich zu Power Point.
• Nachdem die erste Animation erstellt wurde, werden die Buttons für z.B. "Hinzufügen" von dem Fenster überdeckt, dass die animierten Objekte auflistet.

Many bugs relate to display/UI errors, especially truncated text in edit mode as well as presentation mode.

The following was reported in the diary study (quotes):

• The up and down arrows in the presentation editor: are those supposed to be for moving from one slide to the next/previous one? That only works for me from the title slide to the next. After that neither forward nor back is possible. or do they have a different background?
• Underground tool! About every third click is recognized, e.g. clicking the text fields takes tens of attempts, what is then executed is then apparently random. If 20 is clicked in the font size dropdown menu, it automatically jumps to 11 (no space problem). Cancelled task editing due to acute frustration...
• When creating a presentation, the font was cut off in the animation settings. Didn't matter if the Edge browser was a full screen or zoomed out. • After creating the presentation I looked at the presentation in the presentation view. Some slide texts were then cut off while in the slide view everything looks ok. See screenshots.
• Presentation application has many bugs, display bugs, page cut off in presentation mode, dark theme makes font white and then when you are in "normal" presentation mode with white background, nothing can be read due to the white font, test and select animations only works moderately in the dropdown etc. --> Usability limited compared to Power Point.
• After the first animation is created, the buttons (for example for "Add") are covered by the window that lists the animated objects.
