The findability of the help function differs in the applications

Issue/Feedback/Need

Depending on which application you are using, the help function can be found in different ways.
- Within the applications of the communicate & organize area, the help is located in the header. The same applies to the projects application.
- In the files & activity applications, the help function is located within the profile as well as in the collaboration area (under all settings).
- In the knowledge application, this can be found on the left-hand side in the navigation area.

The help function should be available in the header for each application so that users can find it quickly if they need further information.
