Some functionalities in the ‘mein Konto’ area should be challenged

Issue/Feedback/Need

It is unclear why Two-Factor-Authentication can be set in the Projects. Also “Zugriffstokens” and “E-Mail Erinnerungen” might be unnecessary (profile) settings for the users.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

  • Two-Factor-Authentication should be a portal wide setting and not specific for only certain applications.
  • It needs to be discussed on what areas inside the profile settings are needed for users and which ones are more confusing and therefore unnecessary.
