The help section within a document is not intuitive

The help information within a document is not intuitively designed for users and therefore it is unclear where certain information can be found.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

This section should be evaluated with users concerning: Findability and content. There are several alternatives how to improve the view. Some of the ideas could be:

  • The subject areas should be better labeled and divided up. 
  • It should be possible to search freely for specific content so that users can navigate more specifically in the this section.
