The activity window in the documents is hard to find

Issue/Feedback/Need

The document view changes depending on the application (files or activities) from which a document was opened. Both document views differ in their display and functionality, which can lead to users not knowing how to trigger the additional window.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

  • In general, the separation between documents and activities should be reconsidered.
  • It should be reconsidered whether documents can be opened from the Activities application.
  • The activities window should be accessible more easier for users also from the document itself.
