Creation of documents could be confusing for future users
Issue/Feedback/Need
The operation of the possible functionalities for adding an element such as documents, files or presentations does not correspond to the standard. When you click on one of these elements, you are first asked for a name, but this is not necessary in this step.

Possible Solution/Recommendation
- We would recommend to validate the current version of creating a new element in the files area with users.
- As an alternative, It should be possible to create documents or other elements after clicking on the list item “new document”. A document name can be decided also after saving the document.
