The search for tasks can be misleading

The search bar indicates ‘search in tasks’, which gives the impression that you can search for a task within the entire application. However, the search is only carried out within the folder you are currently in, which can lead to certain tasks not being found.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

  • If possible, the search should refer to the entire area of tasks and possibly be narrowed down using filters.
  • If the general search is not possible, the help text in the search field should be adapted to the individual areas such as: 'search in XY'.
