No specifications for the creation of contacts

Issue/Feedback/Need

There are no guidelines or instructions for creating contacts. Empty contacts can be created, which can lead to poor data quality.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

• It is recommended to note the mandatory fields in the UI when creating a contact in order to avoid errors.
• As with tasks, it should only be possible to create a contact if all the information is available (e.g. gray out the button to create the contact).
