Detailed search for specific emails can lead to errors

Issue/Feedback/Need

Two dates can be entered in the detailed search to define a time period. The second date can be entered before the first date by mistake. This means that users may accidentally receive no results due to entering an incorrect date.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

  • The input fields should be labeled ‘Ab’/’Von’ and ‘Bis’.
  • If users enter a date in the first field, only subsequent dates should be selectable in the second field and the remaining dates should be grayed out.
