User profile-related functionalities in the openDesk Dashboard are hard to find and sometimes not intuitive

Issue/Feedback/Need

• Within the dashboard the profile-related functionalities are displayed under a "hamburger menu", which can make it difficult to find them.
• The profile picture in the dashboard can only be changed under ‘Benutzereinstellungen (user settings)’ and therefore does not correspond to the standard interaction options.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

• All profile functionalities (login/logout, language or personal data) should be displayed under a profile icon so that users can find them.

• It should be possible for users to upload a suitable profile picture via the profile icon (see also header recommendations).
