It is not clear how to open more than one file

It is not possible to open several documents at the same time, which makes it difficult for users to work in parallel. For example, it is not possible to edit content between two documents.

Possible Solution/Recommendation

Documents should open in a new tab so that several documents can be opened at the same time to enable parallel working.
