fix(topbar): UI issues and the missing navigation menu

This MR fixes:

  • The missing navigation menu in some cases
  • Fix scrolling in the welcome page
  • Add the logo click link
  • Remove Jitsi logo from the welcome page since there is already a logo in topbar
  • Reactivate the recent meeting list in the welcome page
  • Reactivate the generated meeting name in the welcome page
