This MR fixes:

The missing navigation menu in some cases
Fix scrolling in the welcome page
Add the logo click link
Remove Jitsi logo from the welcome page since there is already a logo in topbar
Reactivate the recent meeting list in the welcome page
Reactivate the generated meeting name in the welcome page
