feat(branding): add the basic branding support

This MR adds the basic branding support.

Jitsi supports customization and branding through branding.json. This MR adds it to deployment with a simple customization (background color). See https://developer.8x8.com/jaas/docs/jaas-prefs-advanced-branding for possible options.
