Only Open Standards

First of all: Thanks for the open process and the opportunity to provide feedback.

We would suggest that only open standards / free standards are referenced. Meaning that either the referenced ISO specifications are made publicly available or they shouldn't be referenced. This would accelerate the adoption by developers.
